Premium parking is available for $5 in the Scoops Ice Cream ORANGE Lot which is located at the intersection of Blue Springs Road and Old 41 Highway NW. All proceeds benefit North Cobb Wrestling.
Handicap Accessible Parking is also located at the intersection of Blue Springs Road and Old 41 Highway NW. Please show the attendant your permit upon arriving in order to access this lot.
General Parking is available in several lots around the school as well as across the street at the Cobb Public Library and at NorthStar Church.
CHOP SHOP
The CHOP SHOP is presented by Floria Izadi State Farm and features a wonderful meal from some of our best local restaurants before each home game. The CHOP SHOP opens at 6:15PM and offers service until 7:15PM.
SERIES HISTORY
North Cobb and Cherokee renew a familiar Region 5 matchup October 2 at Emory Sewell Stadium, with the two sets of Warriors meeting for the seventh time since 2016. Recent history has belonged to North Cobb, which has won six consecutive games in the series dating back to a 44-26 victory in 2016. North Cobb followed with a 44-6 win at Cherokee in 2017 before the series went on a four-year hiatus. Since resuming in 2022, North Cobb has continued its run with victories of 47-17, 41-20, 56-10 and 52-25.
Last season’s meeting came at Emory Sewell Stadium, where North Cobb earned a 52-25 victory over Cherokee. That followed a dominant 56-10 win in Canton in 2024, giving North Cobb 108 points over the past two meetings. During the current six-game winning streak, the Warriors have averaged 47.3 points per game against Cherokee while winning by an average margin of more than 27 points.
Cherokee makes the trip to Kennesaw this season at 1-4, with its lone victory coming in a 36-19 win over River Ridge. The Warriors have dropped consecutive region games since then, falling 49-7 to Marietta before a 42-17 loss at Etowah last Friday night. Cherokee enters the matchup 0-2 in Region 5 play and will be looking to turn things around against a North Cobb program it has not defeated in more than a decade.
North Cobb enters Friday night at 3-1 and riding a three-game winning streak following its 52-0 victory over Paulding County. After a one-point season-opening loss at Milton, the Warriors have responded with wins over Hillgrove, East Coweta and Paulding County, outscoring those three opponents 119-42.
With Cherokee looking to reverse the recent history of the series and North Cobb looking to extend its winning streak to four games, Friday night brings together two familiar region opponents—and another chapter in a series that has been controlled by the orange and white in recent years.

NEWLY OPENED NUTRITION CENTER AN INCREDIBLE ASSET FOR STUDENT-ATHLETES
North Cobb Football has taken another major step in its commitment to developing the whole student-athlete with the opening of the new North Cobb Nutrition Center.
What was once an outdated, unused concession stand has been completely transformed into a collegiate-style nutrition space designed to provide Warriors with the fuel they need to perform at their best. The newly renovated facility features food and drink storage, protein and recovery options, new cabinetry and equipment, and a space players can access throughout the year.
But the vision behind the Nutrition Center goes far beyond building bigger, stronger football players.
“We ask a lot of our young men,” Head Coach Shane Queen said at the grand opening. “We ask them to work hard in the classroom, attack the weight room, study film, practice with purpose, and compete at a high level. If we're going to ask them to make that investment, we believe we have a responsibility to invest in them, too.”
That commitment has been strengthened by an incredible group of local businesses and community partners who have stepped up to help keep the Nutrition Center stocked and our players fueled throughout the week. Partners like ELITE Moms Meal Prep, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and others are providing meals, snacks and recovery options that turn the Nutrition Center from simply a great new space into something our players can rely on every day. It’s another reminder that developing young people is a community effort—and once again, Warrior Nation is answering the call.
That investment means helping ensure every player has consistent access to the nutrition he needs—regardless of what may or may not be available away from campus. It means understanding that properly fueling a student-athlete can impact his energy in the classroom, development in the weight room, recovery after practice and performance on Friday night.
